Luana Tone, EIC
Luana will be an Editor in Chief for The Talon this year, teaming up with Joel and Bruna to form the Topinguez trio. As a sophomore writing Entertainment articles, she was initially unsure about what was considered acceptable for her section. Now, as a senior, she would like to encourage others to expand the magazine’s reaches, going beyond the sections’ perceived limits. Aside from her passion for writing, she has loved animals from an early age. Luana is also adept at disappearing, by combining her inability to answer the phone, with her inexistent sense of direction. In fact, she sometimes finds herself lost in time, as her curiosity enables her to follow Wikipedia hyperlinks, and the “Recommended Videos” section on YouTube, until the initial subject is no longer recognizable.
