Aiming for change
São Paulo and many other cities in Brazil have finally begun to act on their discontent with their government by taking it to the streets. On Sunday, April 12, hundreds of thousands took part in protests nationwide, organized by a group called Vem Pra Rua. Surprisingly, the state with the greatest number of cities participating was Bahia, in which the majority voted for President Dilma in the last election. Read more here.
