This week, from the December 8 through 14, Code.org will be running its second annual Computer Science Education Week. The event aims to attempt to reach out to people all over the world and give them the opportunity to learn a computer language. Supported by various celebrities and other personalities, the big goal is to get people to participate in the “Hour of Code.” This event is meant to encourage people of all ages, regardless of how much they know about code, to engage for at least an hour. There are no restrictions and participants can use a computer, smartphone or tablet.
